DEPOSIT
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm you reservation. Deposits may be made by credit card. You may send your credit card number, name on card, and expiration date to us via email, or you can fax it to us at (680) 488-5003. We will only charge the deposit amount to your card.

DISCOUNT
- If you opt to make a deposit of 75% to 100%, we will be able to offer you a discount of 3% off the package rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For cancellations made 60 or more days from the start of the workshop
(i.e., April 5, 2010), a full refund will be given.

- For cancellations made 59 to 45 days from the start of the workshop, a refund of 50% will be given.

- For cancellations made 44 to 30 days from the start of the workshop, a refund of 25% will be given.

- For cancellations made less than 30 days from the start of the workshop, no refund of will be given.

We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You may want to reserve your flight well in advance, and arrive in Palau by April 4, 2010. The Underwater Video Workshop will start the next morning.

Registration is the first day (April 5, 2010).

Note that proof of scuba certification is required. You MUST present a valid DIVER CARTIFICATION CARD at registration, before joining the first day of the Underwater Video Workshop.

Daily pickup:
On each of the 7 days of instruction we will pick up our guests at 8:00 AM. This will give each participant enough time to come to Sam's Tours' Digital Photo center, meet with the Instructor, set up video and scuba gear, etc. It will also allow enough time for discussing new video skills and techniques before going out and practice those skills during the course of two dives (see schedule)
